BITUMEN EMULSION FOR WATER PROOFING
SEALKOTE BLACK T7is a clay type emulsion of selected grades of bitumen in water with inert fillers. Selected fibers are used as fillers to form a surface resistant to considerable shock and vibrations.

Application
- It is recommended for waterproofing of roofs, bathrooms, verandahs, chajjas, etc. even under wet conditions.
Advantages
- This coating when set it is impermeable to water and shows a marked resistance to temperature fluctuations, industrial fumes and saline atmosphere.
Application Methodology
- Wire brush and clean the surface thoroughly to remove all dirt and loose particles. Repair the visible cracks and fill up the depression with 1:4 cement or sand mixture.
- Dilute SEALKOTE BLACK T7 from its pasty consistency to that of light consistency by adding water in the ratio of 1:1. Apply this diluted material on the roof surface as primer.
- When the primed surface is dry and has turned black from its original brown colour, apply SEALKOTE BLACK T7 and allow the emulsion to break. It will turn black from its original brownish colour.
Health & Safety
- Lid of the container should be firmly fixed when not in use.
- Use goggles and hand gloves during application.
- Clean hands with water after application.

Available in 20 Liters drum.
Storage
Keep in cool and dry place, in air tight container, under shed, away from heat.
Shelf Life
36 months in original unopened sealed conditions.
