BRITEX® HR AL 300 is a single component, high performance, heat resistant, aluminized protective coating for steel and concrete surfaces.

BRITEX® HR AL 300 can withstand temperature up to 300 OC with excellent resistant to water and fair resistance to acid / alkali / saline atmosphere.

BRITEX® HR AL 300 is free from Lead / Chromate and gives bright metallic finish to substrate.

Application Methodology

# Surface Preparation
  • Remove all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application.
# Material Preparation
  • Stir BRITEX® HR AL 300 by a slow speed mixture (approx. 400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix.
  • After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape.
  • Skin formation may happen on the top of material during humid condition. In that event, cut skin from the periphery of the container and remove it and then stir it as mentioned above.
# Application of Materia
  • Apply first coat of BRITEX® HR AL 300 with a brush / spray gun on surface.
  • Apply second coat of BRITEX® HR AL 300 after 24 hours of the first coat.

Health & Safety

  • The product should not come in contact with the skin and eyes, or be swallowed.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapors as some people are sensitive to resins, hardeners and solvents.
  • Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection.
  • In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and water. Do not use solvent to clean the contacted area.
  • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
  • If swallowed seek medical attention immediately – do not induce vomiting

Store in a cool dry place, under shed, away from heat.
