BRITEX® PU 100
Moisture Cured PU Top Coat
BRITEX® PU 100 is a single component moisture cured, polyurethane top coat providing superior bonding, flexibility and corrosion / abrasion resistance fungal and anti-root formation.
Specially used for waterproofing of rooftop, terrace and exterior concrete surfaces. With the high bonding strength and resistance to extreme UV it shows excellent results on applied surfaces.

Application
- Exterior Roof Coating.

Application Methodology
#Surface Preparation
- BRITEX® PU 100 is applied over prepared sound and clean surface.
- BRITEX® PU 100 is applied as top coat, if required use CEYMCO PRIME INJECTION as primer coat.
#Material Preparation
- Stir BRITEX® PU 100 by a slow speed mixture fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix.
- After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape.
#Application of Materia
- If required apply CEYMCO PRIME INJECTION as a primer coat on the surface in necessary area only.
- Apply prepared BRITEX® PU 100 over primed surface by single component airless spray
gun / brush / roller. - Allow it to dry for 6 – 8 hrs. for subsequent coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean all tools immediately after use with NC Thinner.
Health & Safety
- Avoid contact with skin / eyes and avoid swallowing.
- Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapour.
- Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection.
- In case of skin contact, rinse with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and water. Do not use solvent to clean the contacted area.
- In case of eye contact, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
- If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, under shed, away from heat.
Shelf Life
24 months in original unopened sealed condition.
